Reconstruction of scattered data in fetal diffusion MRI

► An image reconstruction method independent of the diffusion model is presented. ► A novel registration technique for fetal D-MRI is provided. ► A dual RBF interpolation strategy was applied for regridding the scattered data. ► The method was evaluated on adult and fetal data by using objective criteria. ► The use of reconstructed sequences modifies the tractography results on fetal data.
