Relation mining experiments in the pharmacogenomics domain

► We suggest the usage of PharmGKB data for a shared task similar to BioCreative. The same evaluation tools and criteria could be used. ► Three relation mining methods are presented and evaluated. ► Relative merits of the ranking metrics (TAP-k and AUC iP/R) are discussed. ► An interactive system for the assisted curation of interactions automatically derived from the pharmacogenomics literature is introduced.
