A novel approach to digital watermarking, exploiting colour spaces

► We present a watermarking technique exploiting RGB and YCbCr colour spaces in the spatial domain. ► It withstands geometric and processing attacks to where commercial value of images would be lost. ► We demonstrate improvements over existing methods, in terms of security and algorithm efficiency.
