Ordering evolution of block copolymer thin films upon solvent-annealing process

► We focus on the ordering behavior of cylinder-forming PS-b-P2VP copolymer thin films. ► The surface morphologies of copolymer thin films were developed by solvent-annealing process. ► The copolymer films were used as templates to synthesize Au nanostructured objects.
