Sensitivity of simulations depending on material parameter variations

In order to predict the inelastic deformations of shock wave loaded plates simulations using viscoplastic constitutive equations combined with a structural theory are carried out. The most accurate results are determined by comparing calculated and measured plate deflections to each other.
