چکیده انگلیسی
I consider the relationship between workers' performance measurement errors and the duration of job assignments when workers can engage in influence activities. Job transfer plays a significant role in preventing workers from performing influence activities for private benefit. I show that the difficulty in measuring workers' performance leads to frequent job transfers, which is consistent with the occupations of bank employee, journalist, and bureaucrat, among others, whose private job performances are difficult to observe.
