A double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized pilot study comparing quetiapine with placebo, associated to naltrexone, in the treatment of alcohol-dependent patients

► No additional benefit from the addiction of quetiapine to naltrexone. ► Only benefit in use of anxiolytics and hypnotics. ► Tolerability do not get worse after adding quetiapine to naltrexone.
