An evidence-based causal model of panic disorder

▶ A recent model of panic disorder was examined. Modifications to the model were recommended that include: an increased emphasis on anxiety sensitivity; elimination of psychoanalytic concepts; and movement of biological concepts as outcome rather than causal units.
