Super-simple balanced incomplete block designs with block size 4 and index 6

Super-simple designs are useful in the construction of superimposed codes. The necessary condition for the existence of a super-simple balanced incomplete block design on v points with k=4 and λ=6, is that v⩾14. The condition is shown to be sufficient.
