High-performance inverted top-emitting green electrophosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes with a modified top Ag anode

► Green electrophosphorescent inverted top-emitting OLEDs with a Ag/HAT-CN anode. ► Current efficacy of 124.7 cd/A at luminance of 100 cd/m2 with optical outcoupling. ► Low turn-on of 3.0 V and low current efficacy roll-off through 10,000 cd/m2. ► Hole-dominated devices with Ag/HAT-CN show higher current than devices with just Ag.
