Fabrication and characterization of PEDOT nanowires based on self-assembled peptide nanotube lithography

- We present a new fabrication technique for rapid, low cost and mild fabrication of PEDOT nanowire devices.
- The PEDOT nanowires are never in contact with organic solvents in the fabrication procedure.
- The fabricated PEDOT nanowires were studied electrically and characterized using both SEM and AFM.
- The PEDOT nanowires demonstrate a sensitive temperature response.
