The pentacene-doped P3HT:PCBM inverted polymer solar cells (IPSCs) with Al-doped zinc oxide (AZO) nanorod array were fabricated. The PEC method was utilized to passivate the AZO nanorod array formed by the laser interference photolithography method and the diluted HCl solution wet etching process sequentially. The maximum Jsc of 15.85 mA/cm2, FF of 63.1%, and η of 6.13% of the IPSCs with AZO nanorods treated by PEC method for 60 s were obtained.
