- Organic non-volatile nano-floating gate memory (NFGM) devices are explored.
- Ag nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) are embedded within gate insulators as storage nodes.
- Dipolar self-assembled monolayers (d-SAMs) covering Ag-NPs suppress memory loss.
- The proposed NFGMs exhibit long retention and low operation voltage simultaneously.
