High performance inkjet-printed C60 fullerene thin-film transistors: Toward a low-cost and reproducible solution process

► We successfully demonstrated highly uniform C60 thin-film arrays by using inkjet printing and vacuum drying process. ► We examined the role of the wetting layers for thin film formation. ► We obtained a high quality and uniform C60 thin-film by annealing process. ► Inkjet-printed C60 TFTs showed a high performance and reproducibility.
