Mass characterisation of organic transistors and Monte-Carlo circuit simulation

► We mass characterised 61 organic transistors. ► Parameter for variable range hopping (VRH) model were extracted for circuit simulation. ► Monte-Carlo circuits simulations of inverters build out of these transistors were performed. ► The VRH-parameters' dependency on the noise margin and inverter delay time were investigated. ► We defined VRH-parameter windows such that an inverter works within defined criteria.
