Solution-processed near-infrared polymer photodetectors with an inverted device structure

► Solution processed polymer photodetectors with an inverted device structure were fabricated. ► Inverted polymer photodetectors have spectral response from UV-visible to near infrared. ► ZnOx and MoO3 buffer layers were used to break the symmetry of polymer diodes. ► We found that both photocurrent and dark current were affected by the processing additive.
