A comparison of two air-stable molecular n-dopants for C60

► Very high film conductivities of up to 5.3 S/cm. ► Superlinear increase of conductivity with increasing doping for DMBI-POH, linear correlation for AOB. ► Strong indication for AOB having a thermally activated mobility and a deeper dopant level than DMBI-POH. ► Illumination during deposition and thermal annealing crucial for AOB-doped samples.
