Self-aligned patterning method of poly(aniline) for organic field-effect transistor gate electrode

► A new technique to facilitate self-alignment of the electrodes in organic field-effect transistor fabrication. ► A new photoacid generator material suitable for patterning poly(aniline) films was found. ► The concept can be used to make also other structures than transistors.
