Polypyrrole top-contact electrodes patterned by inkjet printing assisted vapor deposition polymerization in flexible organic thin-film transistors

► IJP-VDP was developed to pattern as source and drain electrodes of OTFTs. ► Thermally evaporated Au electrodes were substituted to the printed PPy electrodes. ► Improved performance can be attributed to the low contact resistance.
