Facile synthetic route to implement a fully bendable organic metal-insulator-semiconductor device on polyimide sheet

► The fully bendable organic-inorganic hybrid device is proposed. ► This nc-TiO2 thin film of the device is fabricated by simple dip-coating method. ► This device demonstrates excellent low leakage current density and good capacitance.
