Thermal analysis of active layer in organic thin-film transistors

► We demonstrate for the thermal characterization of active layer in OTFTs. ► The thermal in the OTFT package converge on active layer. ► The surface temperature (active layer) has raised more than 54 °C under the driving power. ► The active layer temperature exhibits almost a linear relationship with drain voltage.
