Orientational control of pentacene crystals on SiO2 by graphoepitaxy to improve lateral carrier transport

► In-plane orientation of pentacene grains can be controlled by graphoepitaxy. ► Using patterned substrates increased mobility of patterned OTFTs by about 10-20%. ► Appling graphoepitaxy on pentacene can reduce average barrier height.
