pH-neutral PEDOT:PSS as hole injection layer in polymer light emitting diodes

► pH-neutral PEDOT:PSS prevents etching of ITO substrate. ► Neutral PEDOT:PSS and acidic PEDOT:PSS works as double layer HIL in PLED. ► UV and oxygen plasma treated neutral PEDOT:PSS layer reduced the hole injection barrier in PLED.
