Antimony(III) complexes with pyridine-derived thiosemicarbazones: Structural studies and investigation on the antitrypanosomal activity

► Thiosemicarbazones and their Sb(III) complexes show antitrypanosomal activity. ► Two Sb(III) complexes were more active than nifurtimox and benznidazole. ► In the molecular packing of 2 short-contacts give rise to a tri-dimensional network.
