Norbornene copolymerization with α-olefins using methylene-bridged ansa-zirconocene

Copolymers of α-olefins such as 1-hexene and 1-octene with norbornene by ansa-zirconocene were prepared with moderate activity. Effects of monomer feed ratio on the glass transition temperature, monomer incorporation ratio in the copolymer and molecular weight of the polymers were investigated.
