Synthesis and structural characterization of some arylamidinium diphenylphosphinates: Formation of one-, two- and three-dimensional networks by charge-assisted hydrogen bonds

The preparation, characterization and crystal structures of a series of arylamidinium diphenylphosphinates are described and these ionic salts exist as polymeric networks of various dimensions assembled via charge-assisted hydrogen bonds.
