Anomalies of some physical properties and electrochemical performance of lithium-lead-germanate glasses

► The increase of the lithium ions concentration affects the physical properties more than GeO4/GeO6 ratio. ► The non-bridging oxygen ions can be derived to the transformations of some [GeO6] to [O = GeO5] structural units. ► The electrochemical performances of the glass system were demonstrated.
