Fabrication of Sn-doped zinc phosphate glass using a platinum crucible

► Preparation method of Sb2O3-ZnO-P2O5 glass using Pt crucible is examined. ► Sintering process is effective in preventing damage to the platinum crucible. ► Thermal property of Sn-doped glass was affected by contamination of Al2O3. ► Emission property of the glass showed little change by the contamination.
