Solar hybrid systems with thermoelectric generators

► We examine four hybrid systems with thermoelectric generators (TEGs). ► We studied effect of radiation concentration on the system's performance. ► Parameters of TEG based on Bi2Te3 were determined and used for analysis. ► TEGs using advanced nanostructured materials were also considered. ► Cost-efficiency estimations and some recommendations for application are made.
