Implementation and verification of integrated thermal and electrical models for commercial PV modules

► We propose the integrated thermal and electrical photovoltaic model. ► The model is verified at the STC and NOCT condition with the PV datasheet. ► The NOTC used to validate the thermal characteristics is first addressed. ► The model was experimentally evaluated in this summer. ► The results have a good agreement with the real output characteristics.
