Microstructural and thermal processing effects on adding 1 and 3 w/o Ti to a powder metallurgy processed quaternary Ni-Cr-Fe-Al alloy

▶ The manuscript presented an experimental procedure to produce a Ni-based PM superalloy. ▶ Microstructural changes on adding Al + Ti to form intermetallics were determined. ▶ A software modeling tool, JMatPro, was used to predict microstructure. ▶ The modeling findings were largely corroborated by the experiments.
