Reversible nature of shear bands in copper single crystals subjected to iterative shear of ECAP in forward and reverse directions

▶ Shear bands disappeared “metallographically” after the second revered shear of ECAP. ▶ Dynamic softening was also accompanied. ▶ Such reversible nature may be a contributing factor for dynamic softening.
