Effect of annealing treatment on mechanical properties of a ZrB2-SiC-graphite ceramic

▶ This paper is to investigate the effect of annealing treatment on the mechanical properties. ▶ This paper is to estimate the residual stress in the ZrB2-based ceramics by Raman spectroscopy. ▶ Results pointed to a promising method for improving strength and hardness of ZrB2-based ceramics.
