Studies on the resistance switching properties of the La0.5Ca0.5MnO3/Nb : SrTiO3 heterojunction

► We first studied the ER behavior of the La0.5Ca0.5MnO3/Nb:SrTiO3 heterojunction. ► We have found variation from a negative to a positive ER value. ► Hysteresis phenomena of the C-V curve of the LCMO/SNTO junction was first observed.
