Thermally stimulated currents in a-Se99.5Bi0.5 thin films

►In the present paper thermally stimulated current has been measured at different heating rates. ►Trap depth has been calculated using three different methods which is in good agreement with each other. ►Trap density has also been calculated in the present work which comes out to be 6.62 × 1019 cm−3.
