Generation of short electrical pulses and millimeter wave oscillations on a resonant tunnel diode nonlinear transmission line

Nonlinear wave propagation effects on a resonant tunnel diode nonlinear transmission line are considered. It is shown by computer experiments that this line can be used for short electrical pulses generation as pairs kink-antikink structures, as well as millimeter wave oscillator.
