Influence of Co:Cu ratio on properties of Co-Cu films deposited at different conditions

► There are modifiable magnetic characteristics of electrodeposited Co-Cu films for technological applications. ► The properties of the films are highly dependent on the deposition parameters. ► The compositional, morphological, structural and magnetic properties were investigated as a function of parameters. ► Ms decreased and Hc increased as the Co:Cu ratio decreased with all deposition parameters. ► The changes of film properties might have come from the Co:Cu variation at different deposition conditions.
