Synthesis, characterization and magnetic properties of MFe2O4 (M=Co, Mg, Mn, Ni) nanoparticles using ricin oil as capping agent

► MFe2O4 nanoparticles obtained using ricin oil as surfactant. ► The structures were confirmed by SEM micrographs, FTIR spectra and XRD spectroscopy. ► The samples contain only one phase with crystallite sizes of 12-21 nm.
