Density functional study of small cobalt-platinum nanoalloy clusters

► A systematic DFT study for bimetallic ConPtm(n+m≤5) clusters have been carried out. ► CoPt2, Co2Pt2, Co3Pt2, and CoPt4 species are identified as the most stable ones. ► Total magnetic moments are decreased with doped Pt.
