New exact solutions to the generalized coupled Hirota-Satsuma Kdv system

In this paper, the projective Riccati equations method is improved. The improved method can be applied to find more and new exact solutions to the nonlinear evolution equations with the aid of symbolic computation system like Maple. Some of the solutions are found for the first time.
