Structural and SAXS analysis of the budding yeast SHU-complex proteins

► We got the crystal structure of Psy3-Csm2 complex at 1.8 Å resolution. ► We did SAXS experiments to get the profile of SHU-complex in solution. ► Our EMSA results showed that the whole SHU-complex preferentially binds to dsDNA. ► We proposed a model combining the crystal, SAXS and EMSA results.
