Human neutrophil collagenase expression is C/EBP-dependent during myeloid development

We conclude that in the later stages of myeloid development, SGP genes are coordinately upregulated, and that members of the C/EBP family of transcription factors, in particular C/EBPα and C/EBPε, play specific and unique roles in upregulating their expression.
