The effect of hormonal treatment on conspicuity of prostate cancer: Implications for focal boosting radiotherapy

Prolonged androgen deprivation decreases tumor conspicuity. Different imaging thresholds need to be set to delineate tumor in patients who have had prolonged hormonal treatment.
