Inhibitory effects of vialinin A and its analog on tumor necrosis factor-α release and production from RBL-2H3 cells

► Vialinin A and DMT inhibited TNF-α release in a dose-dependent manner. ► Vialinin A and DMT inhibited TNF-α production at low concentration. ► Vialinin A and DMT did not inhibit TNF-α mRNA expression strongly. ► Vialinin A may provide the new candidate pathways for anti-inflammatory agent.
