Fluorescent protein fusions in Candida guilliermondii

► We developed a strategy allowing for the subcellular localization of fluorescent protein fusions in C. guilliermondii. ► CFP, GFP, YFP and mCherry genes represent a series of four different fluorescent visual selection markers. ► The set of integrative vectors is usable for single and dual fluorescent protein labelling in this emerging species.
