Effects of intraarticular ropivacaine and morphine on lipopolysaccharide‐induced synovitis in horses

Morphine alone or in combination with ropivacaine produced a strong analgesic effect of prolonged duration, which may offer pain relief for acute synovitis for at least 24 hours.
