Quinolone derivatives and their activities against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)

Quinolones are one of the most common antibiotics in clinical practice used to treat various bacterial infections, and some of them displayed excellent in vitro and in vivo anti-MRSA activities.
