Three cases of spondylotic myelopathy at the C7-T1 level

- We report three cases of C7-T1 level myelopathy, which was treated by surgery.
- Patients complained of only gait disturbance and sensory disturbance.
- Neurological dysfunction and gait disturbance improved in all patients by surgery.
