AOFAS scores for curative effect analysis on arthroscopic treatment of subtalar ankle instability with osteochondral injury syndrome

To discuss the operative nursing care of talus cartilage injury under local anesthesia arthroscopy. Methods: 54 cases of talus cartilage injury from July 2010 to August 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, all of whom underwent arthroscopy under local anesthesia and arthroplasty, and summarize the operative nursing methods and key points for attention. Results: 54 patients were successfully performed arthroscopy under local anesthesia. The postoperative AOFAS scores including pain, autonomic activity, maximum walking distance, ground walking and abnormal gait were significantly improved and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The patients' satisfaction score for nurses was 98.5 sq 7.6. All can cooperate with the operation actively, the operation is smooth, and they returned to the ward safely. Conclusion: preoperative evaluation of patients by nurses in operating room, careful psychological nursing and careful cooperation during operation are the key to ensure the success of the operation.
