The Concept of Entrepreneur in Education: A Pedagogical Analysis

The aim of this article is to analyze the educational value of the concept entrepreneur and how it is being put into practice within the educational system. To this end, we will investigate the understanding of this concept which underlies some of the educational initiatives and training programs being developed within the Spanish educational system. Once this concept has been identified, it will be compared with the current Spanish educational system and goals. This comparison will lead to a proposal in which the meaning of the concept should include essential educational concepts such as creativity and autonomy.

ResumenEl objetivo de este artículo es analizar el valor pedagógico del concepto emprendedor y su puesta en práctica en el ámbito educativo. Para ello, rastrearemos el concepto de emprender que subyace en algunas de las iniciativas y los programas de formación que se desarrollan en el marco del sistema educativo español con la finalidad de fomentar el espíritu emprendedor. Una vez identificado este concepto, se contrastará con los actuales fines de la educación y del sistema educativo. Este contraste nos llevará a proponer una acepción del término que incluya conceptos pedagógicos esenciales como son creatividad y autonomía
